A monthly QA session
One fixed session each month on the design decisions your team or your System Integrator made. On active programs this includes tollgate reviews and priority during go-live windows.
My written opinion
After every session you receive a short written verdict: what is sound, what is a risk, what I would change. It becomes your audit trail for every key design decision.
What I will not do
No configuration. No deliverable ownership. No hour meter.
The value of independent quality assurance collapses the moment the reviewer starts building. So the seat never includes hands-on delivery. When you need hands, I place vetted specialists from my own network, or we scope a separate engagement, and the QA stays clean either way.

SAP's list price is public and quoted as a reference point (sap.com, Design Review Service for SAP S/4HANA Finance). One review at the start of the program costs roughly what a year in a seat costs, and the seat stays until the first close.

One architect, eight seats. Every seat gets the same access and the same accountability, which only works because the number is capped. When the seats are taken, they are taken. Current availability on request.

What does a seat cost?
A flat monthly fee per seat, used or not, and two seats to choose from, Advisory and Program. The fee depends on the seat and on the size of the program, so ask for a quote: tell me about the program and you have it within one business day. For a reference point: SAP's own one-time Design Review Service for S/4HANA Finance lists at USD 54,050.
How does a seat start?
With a 30-minute call to check whether a seat fits your program. If it does, we agree the scope in writing and the first QA session takes place within two weeks. Most seats start after a Finance Design Review.
Do you work alongside our System Integrator?
Yes. I am not your System Integrator's competitor. They build; I make sure what they build works for Finance. Most SIs appreciate a second pair of eyes that is accountable in writing.
What happens in a month where we do not use the seat?
The monthly QA session still takes place and you still receive my written opinion. The fee is for availability and accountability, not for hours, so a quiet month is a month where the design stayed sound.
Can you also configure or take ownership of deliverables?
Not inside the seat. Independence collapses the moment the reviewer starts building. When you need hands, Specialist Resourcing places senior consultants from my network, or we scope a separate engagement.
