Senior SAP consultants, placed by an architect who has done the work himself
Any SAP role, on a program or in support of a live system, for a phase or for longer. Vetted by me, not matched by a recruiter.
What makes this different from a recruitment agency
A recruitment agency matches a role description to a database. I have been in this field for more than 15 years, so I match the need behind the description to people I know.
I read the need behind the role description
Fifteen years in this field tell me what a program actually needs when it asks for "a senior FI/CO consultant": someone who can hold the design conversation with the System Integrator and who understands what MM, SD, PP and PM/CS postings do to Finance. I ask the questions a recruiter cannot.
I can tell whether a candidate is real
Hands-on experience lets me judge whether someone has done what the CV says and whether they will fit your program. A keyword match does not pass.
I place people I know
My bench is consultants I have worked with on programs, or who come with direct references from projects I know. Small by design, never a database search.
How it works
- A call about the role and the program
- One or two profiles with my written assessment
- Your interview
- Start, with onboarding to the design standards
The problem with SAP recruitment
Most SAP placements go through people who have never worked in SAP.
- A CV with the right acronyms beats a consultant with the right experience.
- Nobody on the agency side can tell a senior from a junior with a senior title.
- You receive a pile of CVs and do the screening yourself.
- The role description is taken literally; the need behind it is never discussed.
- After the placement the agency is gone, and the problems stay with you.
Roles I can fill
Any SAP role at a company working with SAP, on an implementation program or in support and maintenance of a live system, for a phase or for longer. Functional consultants across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, PM/CS and EWM; technical roles such as ABAP, integration, BTP and Basis; data migration, test and cut-over; project and change roles. Innovativity has placed consultants on S/4HANA programs, and several are delivering today.
Who this is for
- Program managers with a gap in a workstream: a senior who can hold a design conversation with the System Integrator, not just configure what they are told.
- System Integrators short on senior capacity: experienced consultants who fit your team and your methodology for a wave or a phase.
- Companies running SAP: support, maintenance and defined changes on a live system, without a body shop.
What you get
- A named consultant with a CV and my written assessment
- Escalation to me during the placement
- Onboarding to your program's design standards in the first week
- One contract with Innovativity B.V.
I do not send consultants to observe your problems. They help fix them.
Kept separate from quality assurance
Resourcing is a different purchase from the QA seat, and I keep them apart on purpose. A seat never includes hands-on delivery, and a placed consultant is never the reviewer of their own work. That separation is what keeps the QA independent.
What clients say
As finance lead Ugur was responsible for the entire lifecycle of our project. One of the strengths of Ugur is his tenacity to look further than just finance but also helps in the integration between processes. I would recommend him any time without any hesitation.
Tell me about the role
A short call is enough to know whether I have the right person, and I will say so if I do not.
